Rowland Enterprises Inc.

Rowland Enterprises was started by John and Judy Rowland in 2000. The corporation was founded to do a
variety of business in home building, aviation and consulting. Rowland Builders starting building medium
sized homes at Canadian Lakes in Mecosta, Michigan.

We specialized in affordable custom homes that had a lot of desireable features. Since Canadian Lakes is
basically a retirement community ranch style homes were in demand. A lot of brick and windows were added
to an open floor plan design.

In addition, residental and commercial refurbishing jobs have been completed. The Corporation has now
expanded into farming, consulting and aviation services. Rowland Builders Inc. has built three box hangars at
Grand Ledge Airport and has plans to build several more.

Consulting work has been done for the state of Michigan and local buisnesses. Rowland's specializes in
senior management mentoring and turn around operations. This business is based on value added results.

The company has now expanded into webpage design and publishing.
